Body-solid machines

I enjoyed doing this kind of exercise because it strengthens my legs and thighs muscles. I know I have hard time getting up when I sit on the floor and I noticed it when I turned in my 30s.

We don’t think about this pain and aches when we are younger and I even told myself before that I won’t be feeling those aches that my parents had, but I was totally wrong.

As I aged and my metabolism slows down things have changed. My knees aren’t that strong anymore even my lower back especially when I bend down, it hurts. Going to the gym helped a lot. I workout using the body-solid machines, which helped and facilitates my lower back, knees, ankle, thighs and even my hips.

I get body sore after doing the exercise but I know it helps my body afterwards.
